- King Slide, a Member of the NVIDIA MGX Ecosystem, Helping Build Next-Gen AI Infrastructure
King Slide has collaborated with NVIDIA over multiple platform generations, supporting the NVIDIA MGX™ platform since its inception and contributing to rail solutions across several NVIDIA architectures.
As AI demand continues to accelerate, King Slide continues to supply rail solutions for systems based on NVIDIA MGX, from single-node servers to rack-scale systems, POD-scale deployments, and full data center infrastructure. This collaboration spans previous platform generations, including NVIDIA Blackwell, where King Slide rails have supported critical mechanical infrastructure requirements.
Moving forward, we are entering a new AI industrial revolution, where data centers are transforming into AI factories capable of producing intelligence at unprecedented scale. AI reasoning and agentic workflows are becoming the dominant computing paradigm. Workloads have evolved from humans interacting with AI to increasingly AI interacting with AI, requiring systems capable of processing, reasoning, and acting across extremely long token sequences.
The NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform introduces five distinct, purpose-built rack-scale systems designed for the next era of agentic AI workloads—applications requiring high-throughput, ultra-low-latency inference, dense CPU sandboxing, and massive context memory capacity. Together, these systems form a tightly integrated infrastructure designed to power highly energy-efficient and cost-optimized AI factories.
Built on the third-generation NVIDIA MGX rack architecture, the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform sets a new benchmark for AI infrastructure through engineering breakthroughs across mechanical, power, and cooling architectures.
King Slide’s rail solutions help support these rack-level innovations . As the mechanical bridge connecting compute trays, NVLink switch trays, and power infrastructure, slide rail systems have become increasingly important. King Slide’s solutions are designed for high precision, durability, and reliability supporting accurate alignment, stable connections, and serviceability in dense AI systems.
At the same time, continued advances in cooling technologies are driving substantial increases in system weight, while rail envelopes remain constrained. King Slide continues to push the physical limits of rail engineering and remains a leading innovator in this space, supporting increasingly dense, heavier, and more complex AI systems while maintaining reliability, precision, and serviceability at scale.
As we move into the next generation of AI, King Slide will continue to support systems based on NVIDIA MGX™ and the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform with advanced rail solutions for rack‑scale compute and networking infrastructure.
We remain committed to advancing the AI industrial revolution together with NVIDIA.
