| 1. | In May 2025, the Company established the “Sustainability Development Committee” under the Board of Directors. In accordance with the “Sustainability Development Committee Charter of King Slide Works Co., Ltd.”, the committee shall hold at least one meeting per year. In 2025, the committee held two meetings on May 28 and August 6 to report the results of the previous year to the Board of Directors. |
| 2. | The Sustainability Committee consists of four members, one of whom is a director. The committee shall perform the following functions: |
| 1. | Formulate, promote and strengthen the company’s sustainable development policies, annual plans and strategies. |
| 2. | Review, track and revise the implementation status and effectiveness of sustainable development plans. |
| 3. | Supervise the disclosure of sustainability information and review the sustainability report. |
| 4. | Supervise the implementation of the Company’s code of conduct for sustainability or other sustainability-related work as resolved by the Board of Directors. |
The term of this committee is from May 7, 2025 to June 27, 2027. The Sustainable Development Committee met twice in 2025. The professional qualifications, experience, and operation of the Sustainable Development Committee are as follows:
